Whether you send more or less, your unit price stays the same — no surprises.
But we know real-life isn’t always predictable. So we’ve added a 3-month sliding window.

How it works:
- You commit, for example, to 10 million emails/month.
- Month 1: You send 8M emails → 2M unused carried over.
- Month 2: You send 11M emails → 1M deducted from your 2M reserve. You still pay only your committed 10M tier.
- Month 3: You send 10M emails → You're back to baseline, still at your committed rate with 1M reserve.
- Unused volume remains valid for 3 full months, after which it expires.
